Julien Dyon

Julien Dyon is Head of Financial Services in Corporate Advisory. Over the past 15 years, Julien has accumulated a broad range of M&A and financing experience having worked and advised on more than 50 transactions representing over $100bn in total transaction volumes.
He has worked across all segments of financial services including Banking, FinTech, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management, including in the context of the restructuring, recapitalization and reshaping of the global financial services industry post the GFC.
Prior to joining Jarden, Julien was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs in London and was responsible for the Banks and Speciality Finance sectors in Europe.
Julien holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of ParisX-Nanterre and a Master of Science in Management form EM Lyon Business School in France.
