Kane Bourke

Director, FICC

Kane is responsible for the management of Jarden Australia and is involved with the implementation and execution of the group’s Australian strategy.

With more than 20 years’ in financial markets, Kane’s broad experience helps him identify and understand risks and develop solutions in complex situations. Kane previously held roles with National Australia Bank and French investment bank Societe Generale. Here he ran trading portfolios and businesses in Sydney, New Zealand and Hong Kong across a range of markets, including foreign exchange, interest rates and derivatives.  He played a key role in the establishment of Jarden Australia, then known as OMF Markets.

Outside work, Kane likes cooking and a nice glass of red wine. A sports fan, he enjoys watching Rugby League, playing golf and is an enthusiastic soccer dad.

Kane holds a BCom, an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
