Nihat Engel

Nihat has advised middle-market and publicly listed clients throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan for over a decade, working on a broad range of strategic reviews, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. He enjoys working closely with clients to bring complex and innovative transactions to completion.  

Nihat joined Jarden from Allier Capital, where he was a Director specialising in mergers and acquisitions. He has previous experience as a management consultant at Booz & Company, and an IT consultant at Accenture.  

Born in Sydney, Australia, Nihat holds an MCom from the University of Sydney and a BSc in information technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
