2024 Graduate Program

Program Structure
The Graduate Program runs for 12 months (full time), commencing in February 2024. From day one, you'll be on a permanent contract, working in a real role with real responsibilities.
You will receive continual on-the-job training, coupled with world-class training and development blocks, to ensure you reach your goals, realise your potential, and excel throughout your career. You'll be provided with support and mentorship opportunities to facilitate ongoing growth and professional development.
Recruitment Process
Applications for Jarden's 2024 Graduate Program will continue to be assessed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply early as we will be moving candidates through to the next stage of recruitment on a continual basis.
After we review your application, you will be invited to complete a round of online psychometric testing and a video interview.
If you are successful, you will progress to a one-on-one interview, followed by a final interview.
Eligibility
- Interested in business and finance.
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past year (i.e. 2022 or 2023) or be due to complete it by the end of January 2024.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizens, or be an Australian permanent resident at the time of applying for the program.

Summer Internship Program
Curious about careers in investment banking?
Gain practical work experience alongside some of the best in the industry, with Jarden’s summer Internship Program. This internship will provide you with world class training and hands-on experience in a rapidly growing investment bank, learning from some of the most experienced bankers and research analysts in Australia.
You’ll be closely involved in our investment banking functions, with exposure to high-profile transactions for both Australian and international clients.
Working alongside a friendly, driven, and talented team, our internship program can prepare you for a successful career in financial services.
Locations: Sydney and Melbourne
Program Structure
The Internship Program runs for 3 months (full time), commencing late November 2023. You will kick off with induction and training, before launching into the program’s work-component. This will include a group project which you will pitch at the end of the internship.
You will be buddied-up with a first or second-year Analyst, as well as being assigned a Senior Associate or VP as your Mentor. This structure is designed to provide ample access to support and feedback, and to help you build strong connections with your peers and the Jarden team.
Eligibility
- Interested in business and finance
- Be in your penultimate or final year of study at university
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizens, or be an Australian permanent resident at the time of applying for the program. Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.

Women in Banking Scholarship Program
Are you curious about a career in investment banking?
Are you in your penultimate or final year of university study?
Do you identify as female and want the opportunity to gain experience and mentorship from some of the most experienced bankers in Australia?
Our WIB Scholarship Program is targeted at talented penultimate and final year students interested in a career in financial services and banking. The scholarship will include a grant of AUD 5,000 and two paid internship opportunities at Jarden in our Winter and Summer programs.
The WIB Scholarship Program will provide you with one-on-one mentorship from one of our senior female leaders, world-class training and hands-on experience across a range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, as well as other strategic and corporate finance assignments.
Jarden is a 60-year-old integrated investment bank with a bright new future in Australia. We are developing ideas and opportunities for clients that are tied to important intergenerational themes; technology and sustainability are key priorities for Jarden. Recipient of the Scholarship will receive:
- A 2023 Winter Investment Banking internship position at Jarden based in Sydney or Melbourne;
- A 2023/2024 Summer Analyst Investment Banking internship position at Jarden based in Sydney or Melbourne;
- A scholarship grant of AUD 5,000;
- Opportunities to participate in training and mentorship by senior female leaders from Jarden in advance of, and during the internship;
- Invitations to social events and learning & development workshops with Jarden team members prior to the internship commencing.
