Curious about careers in investment banking and equity research?
Gain practical work experience alongside some of the best in the industry, with Jarden’s 11-week summer internship program. This internship will provide you with world class training and hands-on experience in a rapidly growing investment bank, learning from some of the most experienced bankers and research analysts in Australia.
You’ll be closely involved in our investment banking functions, with exposure to high-profile transactions for both Australian and international clients.
You will work across a range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets, as well as other strategic and corporate finance assignments. Your responsibilities will involve tasks including (but not limited to) financial modelling and analysis, company research, presentations and reports. You’ll be part of a friendly, driven, entrepreneurial team.
We’re seeking penultimate and final year students to join our Sydney-based investment banking and research teams in November 2021.
- You will have an interest in business and finance.
- You will need to be in your penultimate or final year of study at university.
- An Australian work visa is required for non AU citizens.

Jarden Summer Intern Networking Event 2021 - Australia
Please note this event will now take place on a virtual platform, due to the developing COVID-19 situation in New South Wales.
Join us at Jarden’s virtual Summer Intern Networking Event on Wednesday 30th June 2021. This event will provide a platform for high-achieving, ambitious penultimate and final year students the chance to hear from our bankers and research analysts as they discuss recent deals, what it’s like working within our unique culture, and the opportunities that await you as an intern at Jarden.
This event will be an interactive experience for students, facilitated through several breakout rooms to give students a chance to hear from Jarden’s bankers and research analysts. Our panelists will provide brief introductions, before the opening into the separate sessions. They will discuss recent deals and coverage, as well as a ‘day-in-the-life’ at Jarden.
All students (including interstate) are welcome to apply for this event.
