Sarah Rennie is a foundation leader of Jarden in Australia and one of Australia’s most senior capital markets bankers, having led some of the country’s most significant transactions during a career spanning more than 20 years.
John Spencer joined Jarden as a foundation leader in Australia after 22 years in markets across equity research, sales, equity capital markets and investment banking. He was most recently a Managing Director at UBS Australia heading ECM syndicate for ANZ where he syndicated more than 150 transactions representing $55bn over the last 5 years.
Suzanne is a non-executive director, executive coach and mentor. She serves on the Jarden Australia Advisory Board, the Board of Surf Life Saving Australia and is chair of Surf Sports Australia and a member of the Finance, Audit and Compliance Committee and Information, Communications and Technology governance group.
SooJin Yoon manages Jarden's Australian Legal and Compliance functions and is its General Counsel in Australia. SooJin is a skilled investment banking lawyer with particular expertise in capital raisings and corporate advisory, regulatory management, risk management and compliance.
Adam Lennen leads the Investment Banking team in Melbourne for Jarden Australia. In a career spanning more than 25 years, Adam has extensive and diverse experience covering equity capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions.
Chris joined Jarden from Credit Suisse, where he was a director on the equity sales team for five years, building deep relationships with a number of key institutional clients and a reputation as a thought leader in the market.
Enrico has more than 11 years’ experience in the capital markets. He has expertise in international and domestic corporate bonds, acquisition financing, corporate hybrids, regulatory capital structuring for banks and insurance companies, and risk hedging programmes.
Frank has over 20 years financial markets experience, with the past 18 years at Macquarie Equities on the institutional equities desk where he was instrumental in building out the domestic institutional coverage as a sales trader.
Ian Arnold joined Jarden in August 2022 to help establish Jarden’s Melbourne Investment banking presence. Ian joins Jarden after over 30 years with Credit Suisse in markets, across equity trading, sales, equity capital markets and investment banking.
Julien Dyon is Head of Financial Services in Corporate Advisory. Over the past 15 years, Julien has accumulated a broad range of M&A and financing experience having worked and advised on more than 50 transactions representing over $100bn in total transaction volumes.
Kieren is Head of Financials Research at Jarden in Australia. He has more than 15 years’ equity research experience covering the Australian Insurance and Diversified Financial sectors and has been consistently recognised as a top-rated analyst by leading institutional surveys.
Lou has enjoyed a 20-year career in Research and Finance across 3 continents including 18 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently Global Head of Data for the global Research department, based in New York. Prior to this, he was Head of Research for Australia as well as leading coverage for the REITs sector in Sydney.
As Managing Director, Rohan leads Jarden’s Australian industrial coverage, including Building Materials, Gaming, Steel and Infrastructure sectors. Rohan is in a unique position to leverage both his corporate and sell-side experience in providing high-quality independent and thought-provoking insights.
Stephen Pickles is a Managing Director in the Melbourne Investment Banking Team. With over 20 Years of public and private M&A, ECM and DCM experience, Stephen has worked across a wide range of sectors including Steel, Paper and Packaging, Chemicals, Building Products, Transport & Infrastructure, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services.
Steve leads Jarden's healthcare team in Australia. Steve commenced his career in financial services at Arthur Anderson, and after completing his Professional Year with the Institute of Chartered Accountants he relocated to London where he worked in fixed income and equities at Salomon Brothers.
Alex Farmer joined Jarden’s Investment Banking team in 2021. Prior to joining Jarden, Alex worked at J.P. Morgan, where he spent 6 years advising clients on M&A and capital advisory assignments across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, industrials and transport & logistics.
Carlos Cacho is Chief Economist for Jarden in Australia. Prior to joining Jarden, Carlos spent three years as Australian Economist at UBS Australia, and previously five years at Colonial First State Global Asset Management.
Prior to joining Jarden, Jackson spent over 13 years at Transurban as part of their senior leadership team. Prior to Transurban, Jackson worked at Booz & Company across infrastructure M&A and business transformation programs.
Covering the metals & mining sectors at Jarden, Jon works across circa $500 million to +$20 billion market cap companies across the industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Geology and a post-graduate honours degree in Petroleum Geology.
Michael formulates and implements Jarden’s Australian commodities strategy. He oversees the clearing and execution of listed products and OTC solutions in the Australian commodity markets, with a particular focus on energy, environmental and agricultural markets.
Nihat has advised middle-market and publicly listed clients throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan for over a decade, working on a broad range of strategic reviews, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions.
James Beckett is a corporate advisory professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has experience in both buy and sell side roles for both public and private mergers and acquisitions in the General Industrials, Real Estate, and Infrastructure spaces, as well as debt and equity raisings.
Joseph brings a strong knowledge of Australian financial markets and solid relationship management skills to his role. He enjoys working in the dynamic Australian energy and carbon markets, expanding his knowledge of futures and options and being part of a great team.
Prior to joining Jarden, Lauren was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. Lauren gained diverse experience as part of the Sponsor M&A and equity capital markets teams in New York and Sydney, respectively.
Michael specialises in the Australian energy markets, offering market analysis and strategic advice to help clients hedge their energy portfolios. He brings a wealth of experience to his role, from the spot market and the ASX to the environmental markets.
