Anderson has worked in the financial industry for 23 years. Most recently he was the Global Head of Industrials Research for HSBC based in Hong Kong for about 10 years, coordinating a team of 22 analysts in Asia and Europe.

Throughout her career Cath has served as a trusted advisor to corporates and financial sponsors across a number of Natural Resources and Industrial sectors, and a broad range of corporate advisory and financing transactions.
Chris joined Jarden from Credit Suisse, where he was a director on the equity sales team for five years, building deep relationships with a number of key institutional clients and a reputation as a thought leader in the market.
A foundation leader of Jarden Australia, Dane FitzGibbon has enjoyed a diverse 20-year career in investment banking and finance including 13 years at UBS in Australia and Asia, where he was co-head of capital markets, and prior to that co-head of emerging companies and domestic financial sponsors coverage.
Enrico has more than 11 years’ experience in the capital markets. He has expertise in international and domestic corporate bonds, acquisition financing, corporate hybrids, regulatory capital structuring for banks and insurance companies, and risk hedging programmes.
Frank has over 20 years financial markets experience, with the past 18 years at Macquarie Equities on the institutional equities desk where he was instrumental in building out the domestic institutional coverage as a sales trader.

John Spencer joined Jarden Australia as a foundation leader after 22 years in markets across equity research, sales, equity capital markets and investment banking. He was most recently a Managing Director at UBS Australia heading ECM syndicate for ANZ where he syndicated more than 150 transactions representing $55bn over the last 5 years.
Joseph brings a strong knowledge of Australian financial markets and solid relationship management skills to his role. He enjoys working in the dynamic Australian energy and carbon markets, expanding his knowledge of futures and options and being part of a great team.
Julien Dyon is Head of Financial Services in Corporate Advisory. Over the past 15 years, Julien has accumulated a broad range of M&A and financing experience having worked and advised on more than 50 transactions representing over $100bn in total transaction volumes.

Prior to this, he was Head of Research for Australia as well as leading coverage for the REITs sector in Sydney.
Michael joined Jarden's Investment Banking team in 2020. Prior to joining Jarden, Michael was an Associate at Highbury Partnership, where he gained diverse sector experience advising on M&A and equity capital markets transactions. Michael has previous experience with Rothschild and Co. where he was part of the Real Estate coverage team.
Michael specialises in the Australian energy markets, offering market analysis and strategic advice to help clients hedge their energy portfolios. He brings a wealth of experience to his role, from the spot market and the ASX to the environmental markets.
Michael formulates and implements Jarden’s Australian commodities strategy. He oversees the clearing and execution of listed products and OTC solutions in the Australian commodity markets, with a particular focus on energy, environmental and agricultural markets.
Michaela joins Jarden from Westpac Institutional Bank where she has spent the past 5.5 years working in roles as Portfolio Manager and Senior Credit Analyst across both the corporate sector and real estate.
Nihat has advised middle-market and publicly listed clients throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan for over a decade, working on a broad range of strategic reviews, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions.
Sarah Rennie is a foundation leader of Jarden Australia and one of Australia’s most senior capital markets bankers, having led some of the country’s most significant transactions during a career spanning more than 20 years.
SooJin Yoon manages Jarden Australia’s Legal and Compliance function and is its General Counsel. SooJin is a skilled investment banking lawyer with particular expertise in capital raisings and corporate advisory, regulatory management, risk management and compliance.
Steve leads Jarden Australia's healthcare team. Steve commenced his career in financial services at Arthur Anderson, and after completing his Professional Year with the Institute of Chartered Accountants he relocated to London where he worked in fixed income and equities at Salomon Brothers.
Suzanne is a non-executive director, executive coach and mentor. She serves on the Jarden Australia Advisory Board, the Board of Surf Life Saving Australia and is chair of Surf Sports Australia and a member of the Finance, Audit and Compliance Committee and Information, Communications and Technology governance group.
Suzie joined Jarden's Investment Banking team in 2021. Prior to joining Jarden Suzie was an Analyst at Macquarie Capital in the Real Estate coverage team where she advised on a variety of M&A and capital market transactions.
Wassim is responsible for researching listed companies on the NZX and ASX, and helping clients identify attractive investment opportunities. His role involves company and industry analysis and financial modelling, and he particularly enjoys learning about new industries and businesses and identifying key trends.
