Enrico Musso

Head of Structured Products and Leverage Finance.

Enrico has more than 11 years’ experience in the capital markets. He has expertise in international and domestic corporate bonds, acquisition financing, corporate hybrids, regulatory capital structuring for banks and insurance companies, and risk hedging programmes. Enrico has also advised clients on complex debt refinancing and capital management projects.

Enrico joined Jarden from UBS, where he held senior roles in both Sydney and London. He enjoys building long-lasting relationships with his clients, as well as the challenge of structuring and bringing to market innovative transactions.

Born in Sweden to Italian parents, Enrico grew up in Italy and Spain. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is passionate about watersports, including surfing, windsurfing and wing foiling.

He holds an MSc in finance and economics from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in business administration from LUISS in Rome.
