Yan Hui Tan

Yan Hui advises on a broad range of corporate advisory transactions, including both buy and sell side roles for both public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity raisings. She has a particular focus on M&A advisory for companies in the General Industrials, Technology and Telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Jarden, Yan Hui was a Director at UBS.

Yan Hui was born in Singapore and moved to Australia in her early teens. She holds a Bachelors of Laws and Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
