We are excited to announce the launch of Jarden commtrade (commtrade), one of Australia’s first online marketplaces for buying and selling carbon credits.
Jarden Group proudly announces the appointment of Managing Director and Head of General Industrials, Reeny Paraskeva, and the reappointment of Co-CEO, Sarah Rennie, to the Takeovers Panel, Australia’s primary forum for resolving takeover disputes.
The appointments were announced by Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, The Hon. Stephen Jones MP. Their three-year terms on the panel commence 30 April 2024.
Co-CEO, Aidan Allen, said: “We congratulate Reeny and Sarah on their appointments. Reeny is a leading M&A banker, with deep expertise advising on landmark transactions across diverse sectors such as consumer and retail, healthcare, telecommunications, and media.
