We are pleased to announce two senior Investment Banking appointments.
Jackson Ross will be joining as a Director in our Corporate Advisory team, focusing on the Infrastructure sector and reporting to Catherine McCormack. Jackson has spent the last thirteen years at Transurban as a senior member of their M&A team. In addition to his considerable industry knowledge he has a strong understanding of the key players within industry super funds.
Mark Himpoo will be joining as Chief Commercial Officer, reporting to Jonathan Klouwens in New Zealand and Robbie Vanderzeil. Mark will be based at our Melbourne office. He has spent the last ten years at industry super fund, Unisuper. Prior to Unisuper he was Head of Fundamental Equities at Blackrock.
In addition to their designated roles and in response to the huge growth in industry super funds assets under management; Mark, Jackson, and Catherine McCormack will be responsible for building a dedicated service model to this client segment.
Jackson and Mark are set to commence with us in early August.
